you mean on days you don't lift or if you don't lift at all?
excess protein gets stored as fat...if your not lifting at all, 6 small meals a day is still recommended for insulin control, for your 3 major meals have a higher ratio of carbs and limit protein...then have protein 2-3 times a day in between meals, get casein it's more filling, and go about half a scoop to 1 scoop at a time depending on how hungry you areBetancourt Nutrition Brand manager
