Highly unlikely after looking at your pictures. Why is it that you feel the need to get them in 6-7 weeks?

You are going to have a LOT of cutting to do because I doubt the musculature of your abs is large enough to be visible even at 10% bf. In 12 weeks you can make some awesome progress and will be looking much better, but man I really want you to get into lifting heavy weights, compound movements like squats, deadlift, overhead pressing, bent rows, bench press and also weighted ab exercises.

I will also urge you to keep it metal \m/ !!

I was able to do it in 12 weeks from being a sloppy body, 6-7 isn't being realistic honestly though. Bust your ass and eat clean as fck and you'll see some definition in a few months.

Keep your ears out for my buddy's band CHASM - they're Scottish and play some excellent death metal.

Like my buddy up above said, don't stop with the weights.

    LOL!

Dude I love it - "urge" you to keep it metal!

Metal is the one thing that makes me lift like a beast at the gym...forgot my Ipod the other day and had the worst workout in months.

@ TH3PWN3R - Yo man, prob don't remember me, the "want to get better in 4 weeks guy".

Well I did it man 24% -> 15% bodyfat and majorly increased muscle mass from HEAVY compound workouts.
Still waaaaay off from my goals but I busted my a** and made a big change.

you can pull it off in 12 weeks for damn sure if you just maintain a strict deficit and not **** up. Also you have to have abs under for them to show lol. 24 lbs is more than possible and that should bring them out.
