Anyone eats heaps then the day after they still feel full? I had 2 bowls of oats then went to bed now my stomach just feels like its burnt and feel full.. Plus i didnt get alot of sleep which is bad but anyone else feel like this? anyway to overcoome it?

2bowls = 2cups? that is alot of oats pre-bed ~110carbs

Yeah felt like i woke up where i was just after eating the oats then sorta never got that hungry for rest of today wtf?

yeah it happens to me also, if i eat a big meal before bed i wont be hungry till late in the pm. i try to avoid this tho

Yeah, I'm never hungry saturday morning after my friday night cheat meal. Good thing is, the weekends are my off days, so I just eat whenever I get hungry.
