Thanks for the reply, I didn't see any need for more than 4oz of meat as I get ~145g protein without it in my diet from a variety of sources. I've also updated my first post to show the fat, carb, protein levels of the foods.

but you're not eating meat....meat is important. Keep the eggs but drop the cottage crap and replace with meat. preferrably steak. There's just something about meat...I'm serious.

They are frozen veggies (dont hate on them) with a couple of grams of polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats. Good fats, so I have been told.

I may change 12PM meal to:

    4oz Chicken/Fish/Steak
    2 Potato's for carbs

Let me know if you think that is okay. By the way this is most likely my post workout meal. Oh and BTW I don't drink protein shakes.

That's an adequate PWO meal, you're fine. I think your numbers are off, 3 Tablespoons of PB isn't 7g of fat.

    x2

I'm eating 5000-5500 calories per day at the moment and hardly gaining. Granted I'm quite a bit heavier than you but you still get the point.

3000-4000 calories per day should be considered an absolute minimum for any teen male trying to bulk in my opinion.
