    Workout for 16 year old?

    I'm 16, I don't live near any gyms and I need a workout for my upper body mostly. I am 140 lbs. and plan on taking a weight gainer protein and a n.o. shotgun. Any advice?

    Dude...Grow up. He can do upper body only if he wants. A lot of people start with upper body and then work towards doing legs as well. Let them find out their way.

    Most of them start with upper body and never go to legs.
