Cause i usually go about 90 mins. Is that okay, or is my body going catabolic when the clock strikes an hour?
Help would be appreciated.

Arbitary time constraints people have made.
Do what you need to finish the session properly.More often than not, every dumb post I read is authored by someone from Texas.
Before you send me a pm asking for advice: If it's something you can easily find by two minutes of research, or something too blindingly stupid for a semi coherent person to concieve, I will not reply. I read every pm, so if I don't reply, congratulations, you're a fcking retard.

Don't watch the clock in the gym. Take whatever time you need in between sets to be rested, and as long as you need to finish your workout.
