    bench shirts

I have a question and can't seem to get a straight answer concerning bench shirts. I recently purchased an Inzer Rage and I can't get an answer on how much I should use it during training. I currently lift on a 2 days on and one off schedule.

    Day1-Back/bi's
    Day2-speed bench/shoulders
    Day3-rest
    Day4-legs
    Day5-heavy bench/tri's
    Day6-rest

Should I use it every heavy day, should I cycle it, and what are the most beneficial rep sets with the shirt (i.e. 3's, 5's)?
Any help would be greatly appreciated concerning this, I'm still trying to get accustomed to working it in. Thanks a ton for any help!!!

It all depends. Are you training for a meet anytime soon?

If your getting ready for a meet, or just trying to learn the shirt I would suggest using it 2 weeks on and 1 week off.

I don't have anything in the immediate future I want to compete in, I would like to master the shirt and add a little more weight to my current max before I start worrying about a comp.

Well then do like I suggested for either a 9 week or 12 week cycle.

If its your first time in a shirt that do a 5 week board cycle going up to triples each workout for 5 sets. Keep your training schedule and use the board day as your ME bench day. Dont try to go full range till the 5th week. If you try and get enough wt on the bar to touch with and go full range you are likely to hurt yourself. Doing it this way will get the shirt worked in, teach you the groove and keep your CNS progressing.

I forgot to add this in with what I was saying, thanks Ben. Do Boards to break the shirt in each week.

After your board cycle like Ben suggested get rid of the rage shirt and buy a titan super katana. It is a way better shirt.
