Fuk bumps, elevate this ****.
This happens with literally everyone I have talked to who used the routine, no worries, with all the benching your shoulders are fatigued before Shoulder pressing..Don't switch to laterals IMO. As long as you are getting stronger on bench weekly, and the shoudler presses are increasing (to any degree) then you're good.
mhmm, life's gotta be lived.

I hear ya brah, been doing the same thing, can't stop doing the things you like doing because you really want something else. Moderation keeps me sane lol.
Check out my journal brah, I think it could help you. I had the same problems. I just couldn't find the energy to lift heavyass weight with my delts after 2 bench presses.
So here's what I did:
Flat bench
MILITARY PRESS
inc db bench
Inc bench
SEATED DB PRESS
flat db bench
Worked much better and eventually I subbed the db benches for Chest Dips and Flat Flyes.

Notes
-Pretty decent day in the gym, can't complain.
-Will be going to chill with Tehlulzkiller and MrSwoyer from the teen misc tomorrow, got lower with them at their gym; let's see how I do y0.
-I forgot to mention lately that I have no desire to eat..ever..and if I do, I am disgusted by the taste of food after a few bites..no appetite whatsoever..Idk why either, it is really weird. I'm not stressed any more than usual or anything so idk.. Another thing is my desire to eat protein has decreased the most..like just the taste of chicken, eggs, whey, etc makes me want to puke. I will still be eating the same macros, but I am nit enjoying eating/cooking...odd.
-Got my belt in! Just in time for tomorrow to try that puppy out

It's not the flavor..just the fact that I don't want to physically chew and eat..weird.
Like a boss.
Google em, different grip.
bingo.
Have you been a lot more social then usual? I'm thinking that may have something to do with it..and just being busy in general. Keeps my mind off food.
Thank you so much man. Glad to inspire
I gotta say that lately a lot of teens on these boards have been PM'ing me and telling me that I inspire them or make them want to work harder because of my progress, intelligence(what?), blah blah, and I must say it feels DAMN good to hear that.. I look at the people that inspire me like Brett, Dev, Berto and it's crazy that there are people that look up to me the same way I do to those guys.

i understand this a little bit.. my friends really admire my dedication and how far I've come. 1 friend actually says that the only reason that he was able to overcome a huge plateau was because I told him to either stop ****ing lifting like a pussy or get the **** out of the gym, "go big or go home".

Notes
-Pretty good workout mental-wise, like I had that mentality to destroy some weights.
-Used my new belt today, and I REALLY like how it's made...much thicker/"powerful" feeling than my old belt from my gym. However, the holes are spaced awkwardly for me..One hole is too loose and the next is too tight, oh well, not too big of a problem.
-14 hours of sleep on my day off
EDIT: Forgot to say, after 435x3 on deads I had over exerted myself so bad that a blood vessel in my eye actually popped and was leaking a little blood, along with crazy bloodshot veins. When I got home and looked in the mirror my face and neck were covered with those little red bumps that you get after you throw up.

Pretty good squatting... but the belt shouldn't make a big difference IMO. Core needs work? It's probably just your mindset though, I converted my training partner who was scared to go heavier than 380 without a belt and now he does 420+ without it. I'm not a big fan of belts.

positive thinking bro...swollen lymph nodes sounds good. seems like a fit, from all those episodes of house i've watched (yay for doctor shows )
rest up, eat up...liquid cals if anything! best of luck. you'll pull right through this and start embarrassing people with your high numbers soon enough!http://www.3dmusclejourney.com
