Gloves look good, Cutters are by FAR the brand I'd recommend to anyone at any position. As far as cleats, I don't really like any of those. While I've heard they've improved somewhat, Under Armour cleats are notorious for not being very durable. I'd go for these...

It's the update to the Apocalypse line of cleats, one of their most popular, and will give you the ankle support and lateral movement support you need at OLB, plus not bad on the wallet.

Ya I would go with Cutters for sure, played TE in HS and college and by far the best gloves I ever used. As far as cleats go tho I'd prolly go with any Nike mids with replacable spikes, always worked for me and TE movents are about the same as OLB. Good luck man, enjoy it, it'll be gone before you know it!

We get a sponsorship from addidas so we rock the Reggie bush cleats, you can look into those as well.

x2.
Nike make the best quality cleats. Make sure they have replaceable bottoms. Under Armor look cool and have a lot of hype but they fall apart like its their job
Cutters are also the best gloves out there. A bit pricey but again, they are the best quality and dont fall apart after 3 games.
