I've attempted to contact the promoter 3 times because the amateur women's division is no longer listed for this show. If I don't hear from him by the end of the week, I'm going to plan B. Plan B is to do another show October 3, if Layne approves, because I know there is an amateur women's division. Either way, I've got work to do!
I like long walks on the beach and a slow hand (no Conway Twitty or Pointer Sisters). Fiend brings out my carefee side.
Seriously, it's an honor to share a journal with this fine young man. He is great person and I'm blessed to have gotten to know him...okay, enough estrogen, let's get to work:

Inc BB Press 8x125, 9x120, 10x115 (no change) HS Flat Press 6x55, 12x45, 8x45 (-10lbs) FM Cable Crossover 12x15, 15x15 (NC) Cambered Bar Curls 10x40, 10x50, 2x6x60 (+10lbs) Preacher Curls 12x40, 2x8x40 (no change) DB OH Extension 10x35, 6x40, 2x8x40 (+5lbs) Rev Pressdown 15,13,12 x 60 (no change)
HIIT
Precor elliptical
5 min warm up
15 min HIIT
15 min LISS

Today's workout was mentally challenging; weights felt extremely heavy and I struggled to get my reps. I've been sleeping more, but felt tired and sluggish this morning.
Thankfully, these days are few and far between. There's no time to mope about a training session because there's another one in a day or so.
Tonight: 45 min cardio (make up).

Thanks! Pecs are sore and I saw a little more separation and vascularity this morning. I've decided to wear nothing but low cut blouses so I can check out my chest.

I absolutely despise any time of curl exercise; however, I'm beginning to tolerate cambered curls. My biceps look better, imo.
