I can't think of two people in recent years who've come further or pushed themselves harder than Tiff and Brian. Now that they're both in the countdown to their competition dates and both under the expert guidance of Layne Norton - the man who brought our very own Flynn from Novice to Pro bodybuilder, what better opportunity is there to create a journal that combines both of these dynamos?

About Tifflex:

I've attempted to contact the promoter 3 times because the amateur women's division is no longer listed for this show. If I don't hear from him by the end of the week, I'm going to plan B. Plan B is to do another show October 3, if Layne approves, because I know there is an amateur women's division. Either way, I've got work to do!


I like long walks on the beach and a slow hand (no Conway Twitty or Pointer Sisters). Fiend brings out my carefee side.

Today's workout was mentally challenging; weights felt extremely heavy and I struggled to get my reps. I've been sleeping more, but felt tired and sluggish this morning.

Thankfully, these days are few and far between. There's no time to mope about a training session because there's another one in a day or so.


Tonight: 45 min cardio (make up).
