    Arm Cramps

I have been having this problem for a while now when I straighten out my arms and my forearms begin to cramp. I feel I drink plenty of water not the gallon some do but more than the average person. Was wondering if anyone else had this problem or knew what might help and how come other muscles dont cramp and they only do when arms are extended.

I was going to ask the same question Stevejuice did above me. Sometimes (nearly all times) muscle cramps are caused by an electrolyte imbalance in your muscles. To fix that you can either consume a banana which has potassium in it, drink a gatorate, or simple mix some sugar/salt water and mix it. Those three can help you out.

tonic water. it tastes awful by itself so mix it with something like cordial. i get really bad leg cramps at night but when i drink tonic water before bed i never get cramps. it contains quinine which has anti-inflamatory properties and helps ease athritis and cramps
