    increase vein size???

    I'm not sure what section to put this under, but anyway...

    I know lowering your bodyfat makes ur veins come out, but i have a lot of veins in my forearms and sometimes theya re big and sometimes they are not. no when im working out, I mean sometimes when im jsut sitting there they are more dilated then other times. How do you make it so you have more dilation all the time??

    increase in vein size comes from an increase in blood flow, and therefore, oxygen, to those parts of the body...it depends on where you want your veins to be dilated...you just work that part of the body out more often

    also try "pumping," which is when you expand and contract your muscle right after you do a set

    increasing mass, more so muscle mass (locally or overall) leads to increased bmr and ultimately thermogenesis. other factors also play a role in this such as food and exercise but basically when the body's temperature increases it causes a sharp increases in nitrogen production and thus loosening of endothelial tissue (i.e. soft tissue) allowing for greater blood flow. although this is by no means the only contributing factor it plays a very large role in vasodialation.
