throw down two pieces of bread... slap some mayo on those warlocks, maybe a little pepper and mustard. BAM! You got a high quality lunch right there.

Tuna Patties
Ingredients:
1 can of Tuna (The kind in water)
1/4 cup of shreaded onions
1/4 cup of shreaded carrots
1 small clove of garlic
Finely diced parsley
1 raw egg
Olive oil
Grated Cheese (Amount varies depending on how much you like cheese!)
Step 1:
Drain 90% of the water out of the tuna and place the tuna in a mixing bowl along with 1 raw egg.
Add grated carrots, onions, parsley and dice your garlic clove up and add it as well (I usually only put 1/2 a garlic clove in)
Add pepper and a generous amount of paprika to your mixture now (to taste).
Step 2:
With your "Clean" hands mix everything together and make sure everything is well mixxed.
Form two patties out of the mixture and place on a plate.
Step 3:
Heat up a fry pan placing a bit of olive oil on the bottom and place your patties on the pan for cooking. When you see that they have browned flip them over and place as much cheese as you want on them.
Pull them off the fry pan when the other side has browned.
Step 4:
I make sandwhiches out of mine but you can eat the patties the way they are. Its something a bit different and tastes great.Last edited by staged; 06-07-2010 at 12:08 PM.

Can of tuna, drained.
Throw in a frying pan with a teaspoon olive oil. Fry for a couple of minutes.
Crack an egg or two (whole) into a bowl, with some extra whites. Use as many eggs as your calories/macros require.
Whisk the eggs and then pour them over the tuna in the frying pan. Turn heat to low and cook for 5 or so minutes. Flip and cook for another few minutes, until it is thoroughly cooked.
And there you have it, a large tuna patty. You could eat it like an omelette or cut it into bits and use as a sandwich filler.
High protein delight. I eat it as an omelette before bed lots of the time.Bulking at 3225kcal.

I eat this same lunch almost every day
1 can of tuna
3 tbsp non fat plain greek yogurt
2 tbsp spicy salsa
1 tbsp mustard
1 large chopped mushroom
4 olives chipped
1 green onion chopped
mix it all in a bowl and add some garlic powder and some mrs. dash
has little to no fat, high protein, and you get some veggies in. I usually crisp up 2 slices of ezikeal bread and spread it on like crackers.....I've been doing this for the last 3 months and i'm still no bored of it.virtue.

I don't eat much tuna anymore, but when I do something with canned tuna, it's usually going to be one of the following:
1. Tuna Cakes. Pretty much the same recipe as what i read here, but I make it kinda like crab cakes. I use bread crumbs/old cornbread, old bay, worchestershire, and chop some onions or bell peppers. You can bake or broil these until golden brown if you want instead of cooking it in a pan.
2. Sweet Tuna salad. It's kinda like waldorf chicken salad (Though not as good). It's light and fruity. A little mayo, sliced grapes, pineapple etc. I'll eat it wrapped in lettuce. It's good when it's hot outside.
3. Tuna Melt. nuff' said.
4. Tuna spread. I'll put the canned tuna in a food processor with a bunch of other stuff and blend. It's the best way i know of to change the flavor of canned tuna by changing its texture.
5. Tuna Tetranzini. I was going to leave this out, because my recipe is full of heavy cream and butter and it's real hard to fit it with my macros

may sounds strange to some but..
Tuna in Oil with nuts.. best thing ever.
Get one of those 2 serving cans of tuna in Olive oil, get some almonds or any nut and mix them in, kinda tricky but use your forks to lift the tuna up and get the nuts under haha so good. OK sorry! peace.- If you can't explain it simply, then you don't understand it well enough.

i love tuna, so I normally just eat it right out of the can but heres a recipe I make sometimes. it has mayo but if you use light mayo, its only 35 calories so you can fit it into your macros easily
1 can tuna in water, drained (180 cal)
1 tbsp light mayo (35 cal)
1 tbsp sweet relish (~10 cal?)
lemon juice till you get desired consistency
oregano, salt, pepper to taste
only about 225 calories there, sometimes put it on bread or in a wrap depending on your macros too
