Hey everyone im new to the forum im 13 years old and have been working out since i was 12 so about 10 months im just wondering if anyone here on the forum has been working out since my age. At school everyone goes on about how i will stunt my growth (i dont believe it to be honest ive grown 4 inches since i started and now have an improved posture.)

I've been training since about that age, though i was active before hand, weights, running, boxing etc and non of it has stunted my growth (now 6 foot) not the tallest but by no means short either.
roughly 200 Lbs now (not sure the B/f but visable abs) though i am geting that down for the new boxing seasion
If you'r serious about it now and want to body build (never something that intrested me personally as i enjoyed boxing to much), train hard, eat well, rest up you'll be huge by the time your 17-18

I began toying with weights when I had just turned 13, it wasn;t until right after I had turned 14 I got seriously nto powerlifting then swapped to Oly just as I was turning 15.
Now I'm 17 and moving some serious ****.More often than not, every dumb post I read is authored by someone from Texas.
Before you send me a pm asking for advice: If it's something you can easily find by two minutes of research, or something too blindingly stupid for a semi coherent person to concieve, I will not reply. I read every pm, so if I don't reply, congratulations, you're a fcking retard.

lol ill get it worked out my Bodyspace profile is in a bit of disarray atm i'll get around to fixing it sometime. As far as i know the only accurate one is the Bench and Curl same as my height which according to my bodyspace profile is 76 meters. every time i try to enter my height as 1 meter and 76 cms it comes up as 76m

there is a guy in the pl section who started at 13 - hes now 18 and squats over 600, dls about 730 and benches about 420. Hes also ~6'2" and 275, so i dont think his growth was stunted too much
