    Shoulder pain when boxing

everytime im boxing and have my hands up for a longer period of time than normal (maybe 15-45 seconds) theres a slight pain in my left shoulder. its not really a pain but it just kind of irritates me and i have to do a windmill wiht my arm to get it back to normal. and sometimes when i strike with my right arm theres a pain in my shoulder. this one actually hurts compared to my other shoulder.

theyre both minor pains and i dont mind them but im wondering if anyone might know what it could be incase it turns into something bigger. i dont really wanna see the doctor cause that might make me miss some training and id otn wanna do that. like i said before its just minor pain and ill live with it

it is a RC injury, I know a similar case which eventually got so serious and could not avoid surgery.
The problem starts with bad technic and lose RC muscles and with time it gets worse.
You need to take care of your RC muscles first, try exercise with resistance bands and light weights.

Possibly a RC injury. However, if the pain is more in the middle to front of your arm, likely between your front and side deltoid, then you might have an AC strain or possibly impingement syndrome.

At the least what you should do is ice your shoulder, take some aspirin (to combat inflammation), and give it some more rest.

Some of what you feel on the left could be muscle fatigue. But the right sounds more like bicipital tendonitis, impingement w/ inflammation, or AC joint issues.

I'd bet on bicipital tendonitis if I had to.
