Substitute for leg press & back extensions?

Today was my first day! I'm starting with the body type workout for Endomorphs. I can't post the link to the workout because I don't have enough posts yet. PM me if you need/want the link (it's from this site).

I did the barbell squats, dumbell lunge, single leg calf raises, and good mornings. However, I do not have access to a leg press or hyperextension bench.

Any suggestions on modified or replacement exercises for the leg press and back extensions? I have a barbell, hand weights, stability ball, ankle weights, steps, and a treadmill.

You can do the hyperextensions on the stability ball.

Leg press essentially will work the same muscles as your squats and lunges; I don't consider it being detrimental to your program to omit it. I mean if you're hellbent on including some form of it maybe you can lay on the ground and have someone apply their weight as you bend your knees and then push them back.
