Just made this, was really tasty and had to share!
25g toasted soy bran
2 medium eggs
30g ricotta
splenda
1 tsp vanilla
baking powder
mix eggs, soy bran and baking powder. put in a greased fry pan and wait until it bubbles, rises and is brown underneath. flip. mix the vanilla, splenda and ricotta and spread on one half. flip over like an omelette. wait til the ricotta warms, then eat!
was amazing! imagine there are lots of variations too.
this one's macros were:
-4g carb
-13g fat
-17g protein
