    OMG (hurt day)

    ive been on keto for 13 days.. so today took like a cheat meal a very bad version of a carbup haha... i ate banana pudding and some pizza and left over chinese (day 4th of july) and now its 9PM at night.. and ive never ever had my body feel like this... stomach hurts and feel bloated... now i've realized how good my body feels while eating right and on the keto diet...so im gonna stay on it for awhile.. but my question is.. when i do finally get off of it and add carbs back slowly is my body gonna feel like this being bloated all the time.. im thinking all the times before i even started the diet my body was always bloated i just was so used to it. i mean i ate all that stuff today.. but i couldn't eat much of it.. i guess my stomach has gotten pretty small..
    Starting Weight 251 pounds..


    March 22nd 2009--- 251 Pounds
    April 22nd 2009--- 243 Pounds
    May 22nd 2009--- 238 Pounds
    June 22nd 2009--- 235 Pounds

    well ive been eating nothing but steaks,Ribs,Pork Chops and grilled chicken and veggies for 2 weeks stright then today i had a cheat with pizza and Chinese.. i havn't had alot carbs in awhile so when i did today.. i think i paid for it lol

    You should have a weekly carb up day/day and a half.

    Yeah, but the 2 weeks was my first time on keto.. so today was my first so called cheat/carbup.. because i heard on a carbup its suppose to be low fat and high carbs.. i did the opposite which was high fat and high carbs.. is why i called it more of a cheat.. so now i was gonna do 6 days on keto then next day carbup but after feeling this way im not real sure if i wanna carb-up every week or do it every two weeks..

    heard some people don't do a carbup and they're fine

    I always feel....hmmm.... not nearly as good when I go off keto. Not "sick" but just not nearly as good. Kinda made me realize how bad my diet had been for the last 40 years.
