ive been on keto for 13 days.. so today took like a cheat meal a very bad version of a carbup haha... i ate banana pudding and some pizza and left over chinese (day 4th of july) and now its 9PM at night.. and ive never ever had my body feel like this... stomach hurts and feel bloated... now i've realized how good my body feels while eating right and on the keto diet...so im gonna stay on it for awhile.. but my question is.. when i do finally get off of it and add carbs back slowly is my body gonna feel like this being bloated all the time.. im thinking all the times before i even started the diet my body was always bloated i just was so used to it. i mean i ate all that stuff today.. but i couldn't eat much of it.. i guess my stomach has gotten pretty small..
