Nasty, nasty, nasty is all I can say my man. And are those striated glutes I spy? Killin' it. Bring home the big hardware.

Awesome size AND conditioning on your legs. A great combination of quad size, hamstrings, calves and hardness. The complete leg package.

I think this is the best a diet has ever gone. I kept everything really simple this year and it ended up working the best ever.

That's funny. I have for years said I keep it "simple". I eat X amount of carbs for a certain
amount of days then X amount a certain day. Protein is X amount all the time. Fats honestly could'nt tell you.
I think people really over think things sometimes.
11 days to be exact!!!

LOLLLLLLLLLLL......I take leg pictures on Sunday because there is usually only a few people there when I do it. I train at a small gym though where everyone knows everyone. If it was an LA Fitness, it may be a different story. Probably would get thrown out....lol

Your MM is intense........
Bicep vein is like a firehose.....
As great as your back is, lower lats and erectors, can be dialed in slightly to match what seems to be an unstoppable package. Last couple weeks should pull that together.
Good luck!!!
Oh... your legs hurt to look at.

Agreed. These were at night after a second low carb day so it wasn't quite as tight. My skin tends to sag on my lower back as I get depleted but I do agree there is still a small amount to lose. Thanks.

Don't jinx me...........lollllll
Seriously though. I would probably drop over dead from a heart attack if that happened. It would be a dream come true. Right now I am not even thinking about it. Just taking one day at a time and tomorrow is a high carb day!
Thanks a lot though. Really appreciate it.

You are going to be "very" competitive! And being a humble BB'er it is always tough to think about the final tally before show day. I know that is how I am.
If someone comes with a better package, than what you are bringing, then they will rightfully deserve it.
Anyway you just might want to have an EMT standing by just in case.............LOL
Oh all your shots have a way to serious facial expression and I am not sure if this is how you present yourself on stage but "SMILE" and look like the champ. Just my 2 cents....

Thanks. I wish I had a dollar for every time someone said for me to smile more. I need to do that.

Had the same problem.
Just grit your teeth and spread your lips.
It is as fake as it comes but it works.

Agreed. I was told the same thing by a few judges on many occasions.

Been told the same thing as I'm also one of those guys that never smile. It isn't so much that they want to think you are friendly, but when you are smiling you are making it lok easy, and that does hold some weight with the judges.
