Lipo 6 black
I took it and it didn't really work for me. Having said that on the directions it said to take before your meals. I however wake right up and being I am trying to stop catabolism eat as soon as I get up. So that might have something to do with it. I would said it was decent at best. For myself the multi-phase lipo 6 probably would have worked better. I am currently taking meltdown to see if that works. We will see.

I am currently on it and its working wonders for me personally. I know it doesnt have the same effect on everyone though. I have been on it for almost 6 weeks and have lost over 3.5% bodyfat already. Now I also lift hard and do cardio as well as diet and supplement but I was doing all that before with minimal weight loss before I started this regimen. As for the catabolic state in the morning that coolspin was talkin about...I came up with my own game plan for that. I take my protein shake right when I wake up, wait about an hour, take my Lipo-6 Black, go do my cardio, come home and eat breakfast. Just a suggestion. Hope this helps ya some bro.

Sorry for bumping a hugely old thread (saves clogging up the boards with a new one). I took this for the first time yesterday (3 pills AM) and it didn’t do a huge amount with regards to increased energy/hit that the likes of eph give. I’m going to do 3 in the AM and 3 in the PM today.
I think I just want to reiterate what people have said above… this will increase your metabolic rate ever so slightly but in the real world it’s going to do very little if you are not on a very good diet and have a good training regime.
IMO a pre-workout supp with DMAA in it will work better and help you lose weight (vastly increased metabolic rate and energy/focus in the gym).
So yeah for £25-£30 (UK) I think you’d be better off with a tub of jack3d or some other hardcore PWO stimulant which would work better.

I'm really not sure since I haven't used it but I can tell you what I KNOW works. Have a plan for how much weight you want to lose and figure your calorie deficit. Eat quality lean proteins. I like chicken breasts, ground turkey, egg whites, and tuna fish. Take a multivitamin and supplement your protein with a quality whey protein drink. Consistently do cardio. If I have hunger pangs I eat a couple of jalapeno peppers to get rid of them. That isn't to say the pills won't help you, they might. I just know that these things are cornerstones to successful weight loss and body transformation. If you can't do them then the pills are a waste of money.
A job half finished is still a job undone.
