Hey guys,
I know there are a few threads, but Id like to see some guys confirm that they can or have lost fat in the pubic area. Im gonna be eating clean and running again in the morning and doing weigts at night, hoping to lose my fat everywhere and mainly my pubic area. Is it possible, who has done it? and whats the best way. I know you cant lose fat on the spot but Id like some help.

Yeah, ill be eating really clean from 2moro, along with cardio in the morning, boxing in the afternoons with skipping and weights at night.
My diet will be:
eggs and veg in the morning, like tomatoes, mushroom etc
lunch and dinner will b chicken or beef with salads and thats it.
Nuts, fruit for snacks.
multi vits, fish oil and whey protein too.
Hope thats ok, dont want to lose too much muscle, so far my arms and chest has become bigger while ive lost some fat. but nothing noticed down there or my face, lol.

Dont really wanna lose too much muscle, and hoping the fact that ive been off for a year, means i can lose the fat because my body is use to doing nothing, if you get what i mean.

What are your stats such as height and weight?
Only way to get rid of the pubic fat is calorie deficit and/or exerciseAugust 2008 - 345lbs
January 2009 - 310lbs
June 2009 - 275
July 2009 - 264

you cant spot reduce fat so just up the cardio and eat more chicken/whey. Give it time.

My stats, well, my height is 173cm and Im around 70-72kg.
Started hitting the weights 2 weeks ago, been away from exercise to a year to 18 months really, had 2 operations, 1 to remove a lumb near my pubic area and another operation for a hernia and total groin rip.
But Im pretty happy with how my chest and arms have reacted to exercise, I will start my squats and deadlift too, cant really squat cause of the pain, but have to slowly start.
Been doing roadwork and boxing today as its my main sport. Will take time I guess, just there is a lady waiting for me, but because of my operation, i have an excuse.
Want to hear some success stories on this, lol

to be honest,i never have a idea to lose fat, it is terrible to do such a thing. (174cm 55kg)

It basically correlates with your stomach fat. Just imagine flat washboard abs and then look at yourself. Obviously you will have some sort of loss in that area just like you will have all over. The amount of loss is dependent on the amount of fat you have on your body but rest assured there will be some loss.

Thanks dude. I guess ill keep at it and hopefully get some results. wanted to bulk up as ive been away from training for 18 months due to injury and surgery, but i guess i need to look lean first for confidence reasons.

Im in the same boat! I lost over 100lbs in the last two years and unfortunately my main culprits are bellow the navel fat an pubic area fat.... IT SUCKS... since everything else is now harden and looking trim..

It took me 3 months to lose that fat around the pubic region. Consistently in a cal deficit and training heavy 5 days a week. All thats left is bottom gut and lower back.

Yea it will go mate. You just have to stick with it. Keep your deficit there in place and then its just a matter of being consistent and waiting it out.

Start Weight 385, Present Weight 230, Goal Weight 180.
It just takes time and work, even if its walking down the road for 30 minutes, try to stay active, eat healthy, and stay positive. Your pubic fat will slowly fade away and probably already has but since u look at your dick all day u dont really notice. i gained atleast an inch and a half losing 100+ pounds but my journey started along time ago, and i am still not done. I have celiac disease as well as of early this year and that has helped me lose weight, but not quite the way i would like, so just keep working on it man.

I think it's weird how you are asking this question.
Of course it's possible to lose fat anywhere, it's just different people put on and lose fat in different places at different times.
Unfortunately it's just a waiting game.I like personal responsibility and accountability. When you admit you are the problem you are simultaneously admitting you are the solution.
