herbal teas are very good for you if you get bored of just water

tea is only a problem when you like X number of sugars and cream in it.

tea is excellent for you, there is come controversy suggesting that caffaine will cause osteoporosis but i have an article proves that only happens with coffee. so dont be scared about calcium issue.

but there are other tannins and antioxidants that might bind to Bvitamins and not allow ur body to use them also zinc, mag and copper minerals. if u r so worried about these issue which u shouldnt be if u r following a healthy diet, u can opt to drink ur tea between meals and not with meals.

btw black tea has most of these tannins that bind to such min and vits.. im a regular drinker of green and various herbal teas.

Why does everyone practice binary thinking without any frame of reference?
It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it.

The only negative thing about tea is that it stains your teeth.
