    Carb Cycling Ranges

    What's a good carb range for high carb, low, carb and no carb days for someone who is 5'11" and 195lbs? Thanks!

    Shed fat and maintain muscle mass. I would really like to drop 5lbs without losing too much muscle mass.

    I know nothing about you, so its hard to say.

    But I'll give you some general numbers and you can adjust from there according on how you progress.

    Low days- Protein 220 / fat 70 / Carbs 80-100

    Medium days- Protein 220 / fat 60 / Carbs 150-200

    High day- Protein 200 / fat 30-50 / Carbs 300-400

    Have one high day a week (on the day you train your most lagging body part), three medium and three low to start.

    From what I've seen low carb days using are around 50g a day..hmm..

    Well if you feel your metabolism is not very good you may want to start with that little of carbs.
