Ok...now what?

I'm sitting here with my laptop messing around, listening to all the fireworks going off in the neighborhood, when I hear something hitting the front of the house and windows.

I look out the window and the guy that lives 2 doors down is out in the street with a couple of his buddies lighting stuff. Why he's in front of my house, I have no idea.

So I walk outside and say "hey bud, can you do me a favor and be a little more careful with that, you're bouncing **** off my house? He says "yeah, don't worry about it."

I said "Well I'm going to worry about it because I don't need you shooting something through my window or catching my bushes on fire!" He repies "I'm not shooting **** at your fuk'n house!" So I get pissed and say "obviously you are shooting **** at my fuk'n house, because I heard it hit my fuk'n house! If it happens again, I'm not going to be so nice about it!"

So now I'm sitting here thinking, if it does happen again, what am I going to do about it?

I thought about that after I came back in but I almost feel bad for getting pissed at the guy. (odd, I know) He looks like he's mentally challenged, but he has a wife and kids, so I'm not real sure. I don't want to be the azzhole who threatened the retarded guy.

I should have worded it differently, I'm not actually looking for advice, I was just reading this board when it happened, so I came in and made a useless post about it.

Sounds to me like he dealt with it without violence and the guy moved.

Actually, I did do it right...I told him to stop, he stopped. What else needs to be done at this point?

And for the record..he looks at everyone cross eyed, I don't think he can help it.
