I lift 4-5 days a week so i'm keepin at that. And i'm limited to BB and DB lifts.. no machines.
Which routine should I do? What other ones would you suggest? Give me some advice on this plz.

i just asked if these are good if not tell me what i should be doing..

Not to hate, but your six feet 170, maybe if you took your head out of your ass and realized 5 days a week is not currently working for you, then maybe you could progress. If thats the case, grow some testes and try a 20 rep squats and milk program: squats 1x20, pullover 1x20, (circut-pullups 3xf, dips 3xf, abs 3xf up to 15 reps then ADD WEIGHT) This should help you or another variation of it. 5 days a week is better when your more advanced, your not!!! Do something that will actually work not something you want to do because you just have to be in the gym, suck it up for real gains. Also maybe SS.
OR IF YOU WANT A REALLY GOOD 5 DAY SPLIT HIT UP MUSCLE-MAG ITS FULL OF EFFECTIVE AND SIMPLE WORKOUTS, MUCH LIKE YOU DESIRE
