    Bulking: Which ROUTINE should I do? Switchin it up.

    6'0"
    170lbs +2lbs this week
    17% BF

    I lift 4-5 days a week so i'm keepin at that. And i'm limited to BB and DB lifts.. no machines.

    Which routine should I do? What other ones would you suggest? Give me some advice on this plz.

    what you mean?

    i just asked if these are good if not tell me what i should be doing..

    i just don't know what days to do which with my current routine.. im tryin to get military, deads, cleans, squats, and **** like that in there, i haven't had the equipment till now

    i'd say try the second workout. The first workout seems to have too many sets IMO unless that just works for you

    yea man, thats me in the avi taken about a week ago at 16.5% BF... i wake up and check it about every other day with calipers and a scale just to see if they're right, and they both are pretty consistent.

    Not to hate, but your six feet 170, maybe if you took your head out of your ass and realized 5 days a week is not currently working for you, then maybe you could progress. If thats the case, grow some testes and try a 20 rep squats and milk program: squats 1x20, pullover 1x20, (circut-pullups 3xf, dips 3xf, abs 3xf up to 15 reps then ADD WEIGHT) This should help you or another variation of it. 5 days a week is better when your more advanced, your not!!! Do something that will actually work not something you want to do because you just have to be in the gym, suck it up for real gains. Also maybe SS.
