    I can eat mcdonalds every day and still be healthy

    Why do ppl criminalize mcdonalds when someone on a diet could eat there every day. Its not that bad. If im on a 2000 cal diet and every morning i ate 1k calories at mcdonalds i could still recover. For the rest of the day I could eat really carefully and only consume 1000 more calories. Am i right or am i right

    People criticize it because the calorie/amount of food ratio is horrible. What I would consider a snack could be 1000 calories at McD's. People don't realize how bad it is because it's not that much food by weight, and then all of a sudden they've eaten 1700 calories by noon.

    i go to mcdonalds a couple times a week and i'm still losing weight. i get 3 grilled wraps with no sauce tho. it's just really easy because it's on my way to work.

    But you have to limit the amount of nuts and olive oil in the diet because they can heavily screw up your omega ratio, so the only reasonable way to consume fat without screwing up your omega ratio is to rely on animal fat. (Dairy, beef, pork, poultry fat)

    Don't forget exercise which improves the cholesterol ratio and keeps the heart nice and healthy.

    Since on a cut, I decided to order up a grilled chicken sandwich from BK yesterday. So i scarf that down in a couple minutes, thinkin it wasn't that bad. I looked it up online and to my dismay I learned it was 510 calories for this tiny sandwich. I don't know how they do it but they make even the "healthy choices" unhealthy. Actually it was the mayo or whatever sauce it is that killed it

    McDonalds has a wide variety in their menu. If you want to eat healthy there you can. If you wanna blow up a few hundred pounds and cause your heart to explode you can do that also.

    Thats the beauty of living in a free country. We all determine our paths in life. There are no concrete rules that tell us that we will or won't be fat asses. It's up to each of us and the choices we make that determine what we become.

    So yes eating at McDonalds every day can be a healthy lifestyle as long as you eat the right things. Now to go eat double quarter pounder and a 20 piece chicken nugget meal with a fat chocolate shake.
