salaried positions vs comission only (RANT)
the way i see it, salaried positions pay you JUUUUST enough so you dont quit. And the only thing a salary gurantees is that you'll never make a TON of money.
comission only, i get to work when i want, make as much as im capable of, and if my boss doesnt like it he can ****-off because someone who generates his own income is ALWAYS in high demand
