    My Routine HELP

    monday: chest/triceps/shoulders
    tues: rest
    wed: legs
    thurs: rest
    friday: back/biceps/traps
    sat: rest
    sunday: rest

I want to do this but am unsure what exercises I should do on each day that I am working out. I do know however that I want to do a normal flat barbell bench press on chest day.

I'd personally do shoulders before triceps. STLD=stiff leg deadlifts. Yes, do all the exercises (although you might want to scale the volume slightly back on back/bis/traps day).
