    Question What to eat after workout??

    like the title says what should i eat after a workout??

    at the mo im eatin either a chicken sandwhich or a turkey sandwhich

    im on a bulking diet
    also 1 other question when trying to bulk is it guaranteed that u will loose ur six pack

    i drink fruit juice with water,and i m eating sandwith with turkey.It depends what your goals are.

    My post-workout shake concist of 2 scoop of ISOXP, 1 cup skim milk, 2 table spoon of Ice cream and creatine monohydrate, then i eat just whatever has good high quality protein.

    I eat alot of protein right after, then some carbs about an hour after.

    nothing is guaranteed. if you want to bulk and be slim you'll have to have a strict diet and only put on lean muscle when bulking. It'll be hard, but not impossible by any means.

    After my workout I have 1 1/2 or 2 scoops whey. bananna, and then about 45 min later a big meal with protein,carbs n fats n shiet.

    Whey shake or gainer depending on what your goals are with some extra carbs.

    Cytogainer and cytocarb II working great for me.
