Rise of the lycan.
Alright. I have decided to start a journal/workout log. To help keep my ass in line. But first a little background
I am Scott. I am nearly 19. I am 5'10 and weighed in this morning at 90.20 kg (200ish lbs)
I work fulltime in retail atm so im only just starting to get sh!t back on track,i lifed all through high school (played rep rugby union) and was around 210 with about 13% bodyfat, but two torn ligaments in my right ankle on seperate occassions quickly destroyed that, i stopped training, stopped play rugby, started working in construction and eating meat pies with coke for lunch every day. Got fat to say the least. Weighed in at aobut 220lbs of pure fat, got sick of it went on keto, cut down to about 170lbs and had to start over all again. I moved to brisbane, and started eating right and traning hard and withn 6 months was back up to 210 again. I have uplaoded a pic from about a month ago, before i ran 3 weeks of clen to lean out a bit.
Training is pretty simple.
Monday: Back/Bis/Forearms
Tuesday:Shoulders
Wednesday: Squats/Calves
Thursday: Chest/Tris
Friday: OFF
Saturday: Legs/Calves
Sunday: Bench.
Legs are lacking severly from ankle surgery so they are getting hit twice a week atm, and i need to bring my bench up IMO so doing it 2x a week.
At the moment i'm just looking to add more mass/size to my frame.
These are not true absolute maxes, but somewhat close to all just heaviest lifts from this weeks training
Deadlift:140kg x 3 RAW (no belt/chalk) 308lbs
Squat: 110kg x3 (belted) 242lbs
Bench: 95kg x1.5 (belted) 209lbs

First in my own thread  In before 150lbs tell me i need to cut GTFO, make use of your puberty and high test levels and eat and train like a freak, get the abs when your older and have more size about you.. YES MAD.

Thanks man. I'll try to keep it detailed and concise. I used to keep a diary and i feel since i stopped i have progressed like i should. At least on here everyone is free to critique my diet/ training etc. I have been following yous aswell, im impressed with lifts and gains man. Keep up the good work.

Alright back from the gym pretty average workout. In before someone calls me out for having too much volume.
I will always list exercises in the order they were done.
Squats
10xBar, 8x 40kg, 8x 60kg, 8x 80kg, 6x100kg, 3x 120kg, 8x 90kg
Leg Press
10x 120kg, 8x 160kg, 8x 200kg, 6x 240kg
Front Squats
8x 40kg, 8x 50kg, 6x 60kg
SLDL's
40kgx 8, 80kg x6
SLDL's were only cause some f@g trainer was using the leg press, leg extension, and leg curl for ages with a client and wouldnt let us use them thats why i ended up doing front squats. Pretty workout but whatever

Alright i know people dont like to read so i'll post up pics of my diet from today. I eat like this everday so i'll just write it out after this. Today wasnt as clean as usual. But yah you get the picture. They're main meals. Probably a few snacks missing apple+oranges+muesli bars etc.
Breakfast 7:30am
3 pieces of wholegrain toast and 8 eggs
Preworkout 9:30am
UPNGO + 400mg of caffiene.
PostWorkout 11:00am
Chicken +Mayo and Rice.
Lunch 1:00pm
Chicken and veggies.
Afternoon Snack/Cheat 3:00pm
Nachos+ Protein Shake
Dinner 5:30pm
Chicken and Rice
Pre-bed meal 8:00
Multigrain toast + 8 eggs
If im up past 10:00
Protein Shake

Alright just got back form the gym. Had an average workout. Pretty ****ty sleep last night. Stayed up for a while reading about nomenclature structures.
Chest
Bench Press
Feet in the air. Bar x10, 40kg x10, 60kg x8, 70kg x 6
Feet planted and arched. 80kg x5 90kg x3
Feet in the air.70kg x10
Decline Bench Press
60kg x8, 80kg x5, 70kg x8.
Calves I wasn't going to list weight for calves because ever different apparatus you use you can hanlde more or less weight on, but deicided to list weights to track progress.
Seated Calf Raise
15kg x 20, 30kg x 16, 40kg x 12, 50kg x 12
Standing Calf Raise
30kg x 15, 35kg x12, 25kg x15, 20kg x12
Diet
So far..
Breakfast 8:00am
2 Pieces of wholegrain toast, 6 eggs (4 yolks)
Preworkout 9:00pm
UPNGO 400mg of caffiene
Postworkout 10:15am
Steak and rice
Heading to my aunties at lunch time for a BBQ, so i expect to eat a tonne there, will update later
