Hey all, VERY new to the idea of a keto diet and tried to crunch numbers today and try eating along those lines. I'm continuing my research as we speak, but thought the best way to learn was to put up my meals today and have those who've had success, or more knowledge than I. I'm looking for all input and advice that can help.
Stats, 29 m, 6'1", 284 with 34.8% b/f
Meal 1: 2 whole eggs with sliced mozzarella cheese (kraft singles)
Meal 2: aprox 22 almonds
Meal 3: Grilled chicken breast
Meal 4: protein shake with 1 tblspoon of natural peanut butter, mixed with water
Meal 5: grilled chicken breast, i cup mixed steamed veg
Meal 6: Post workout shake mixed with water
Proteins 46% 199.6g 821 Cal
FAT 44% 88.5 G 773 Cal
Carbs 10% 43g 173 Cal
Total Calories of 1753
