bf estimates for reps...
i was part of that newbie fat loss challenge
i feel skinny, i didn't get all the results i wanted. i didn't mind being a bigger guy, but i am trying to get a sixpack for the first time in 14 years. i am gonna try for a bit longer than these 3 months but if i don't see the results i want by 180 pounds, i will stop.
weight dropped from 208-212 to about 189-192 and waist dropped from 39" to about 36"
also as you can see from the pics, the iphone was upgraded to 3g so that's a plus

I'm going to go with something in the 17ish range.
Honestly bro, you may or may not see abs by 180, but dont give up man. I was 170 at 5"11 and didn't see them at all until I went on a small cut myself, check my space. You're even an inch shorter than me so it may take something less than 170-165, depending on genetics.
Don't give up though if you don't see abs man, I know goals are important to have but forget about them for 3-6 more months or longer and just eat right and lift and not compare pictures everyday and I promise the results will come.

great cut bro! I would guess you are around 14-15%. Its definitely possible to see abs at 180 if done correctly. what's your diet and training like? I weigh 180 at 14% right now.

Any type of cardio will help him burn fat, no matter the intensity... maybe not as much as hiit, but anything is better than nothing.
Saying that he should increase his intensity is a better way to put it. But he's making progress with what he is doing already, so I wouldn't change much. Just give it time.

its possible to see abs at 300lbs that all depends on how much muscle you carry. I weight right under 240 and can see abs it also has to do with the size of your abs my top abs are large and very defined from lifting really heavy weight. Eat clean lift and do your cardio and you will get there most importanly you gotta stay good on your diet dont be missing meals or eating a ton of empty cals.
