and it's amazing that they'd actually use methylcobalamin 99% of htem crap out and use cyano. and i don't get the beta alanine either. there's no ergogenic effects from taking one dose of beta alanine, it comes from increasing intramuscular carnosine levels, which really only affects physical endurance, not energy.
