    Scale moving up whilst cutting

Hi, having a bit of a problem on my cut. At the moment because of my sedentary lifestyle/work my maintenance calories are fairly low thus making me eat this amount if I want to see progress without including cardio ( just started the cut ) Had a bad weigh in this morning eating this and actually going up in weight 167.8 > 168.4. I've counted before and have cut before perfectly fine but this time around it seems a bit tough.

Don't react to daily weight fluctuations. Look at your average weight change over a couple weeks. Then if it's not going in the right direction make adjustments.
