Use dumbells for a while instead of barbells. With a bar, you could have as much as 3/4 the force coming from one side. With a pair of dumbells, each side is worked the same.

I'm right-handed, so my left arm is smaller than my right. On my DB exercises I do more reps on my left arm than right, over time this will balance things up.

Yes, If your gym doesnt like you dropping the weight on the floor it can be very difficult doing heavy dumbell presses. If it werent for that dumbell presses would be my primary benchpress exercise

dont use different weights with dumbells dumbells tho, smaller muscles have to work harder to move the same weight so their growth will be faster than the bigger muscles.

All that you will do by using a lighter weight is increase the size difference

    ^^^

In fact, IMO, DB's are more beneficial for the bodybuilder.
Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.

    ^ this.

also make sure you form is spot on first. make sure you aren't picking up your right shoulder during the press or something. and verify that you don't have postural or other muscular imbalances. if one of these things is wrong, even the use of db's is not going to help.

Switch to DB's for a couple of months, which will not only equal out the developement, but also use your stabiliser muscles during the movement.
