I suck at getting pictures taken of me when I'm prepping, or on stage for that matter, but with what I've got I resized a couple of pictures from the second time I competed (which incidentally was the only time thus far I have won my class) with a picture taken when I was about 1 month out from my last competition. The difference is pretty staggering. Coincidentally, it was after my second competition that I began to use Xtend on a regular basis.
The picture on the left was during my prep in March of this year, the picture on the right was on stage in Sept. '05.
I think it's interesting to note that while I'm probably leaner in the stage picture (on right), the sheer size and development improvements I've made since then give the muscle bellies so much better shape and definition (on left).
