Fruits/Veggies & Health Authorities
Here in France, health authorities say: "Eat 5 fruits/veggies servings per day"
It's quite recent since they've started advocating so...
(please spare comments =>) OF COURSE, the people who say this are non-bodybuilder sedentary-oriented medical-ridden people.
HOWEVER, if you don't eat fruits, it's true that you start lacking vitamins and fibers...
So...Glycemic index aside... What do you think? Do multivits do all the job?
