no spoter and no catch bars...... doing heavy weight and pushing your self could be a problem. lol

looks like 135 to me....
lose the towel, flex your traps and rest the bar there.

Yeah I was tring to flex my traps and find that sweet spot. Do I seem to be getting low enough?

You are low enough.
Lose the towel, after a few sessions with just the bar your body will adjust and it won't hurt anymore. Plus you'll feel more stable. Lower the bar on your back a bit too like it was mentioned.

Lol gloves are awesome... I would rather not have my hands bleed again. Idk maybe I just have girly hands haha, but the towel I will do without.

You carry the bar too high
The hands need to be closer on the bar, and you need to squeeze the elbows together and back
Your knees are leading the descent and you're not sitting back enough
No hip drive
Knees are buckling in at the bottom
You're using a tampon on the bar and you're wearing gloves.

Rippetoe recommends a thumbless grip when squatting. Also, look up something called "low-bar position". It places the bar farther down your spine and a lot of olympic lifters use it. It takes a lot of stress off your neck, which is shouldnt be on anyway. Seriously consider losing the gloves. You cant get a good feel for the bar with them on and your grip will improve if you dont use them, so less bloody hands.
