    Here you go. Did your research for you. red cabbage looks to be the best..

    there are so many unhealthy things you could be eating tho that i really would not be concerned over the slight differences between these 3. Unless your diet is absolutely perfect, I wouldnt worry too much about it. Just eat all 3, and enjoy them all. Variety is the key. Cabbage is much better in slaws, and lettuce is better in salad. Try different recipes. Its food, not medicine
