    4 months progress, from 5x5 to 4x12 partials

    Bench went up so I did an easy 225. Row went up a ****ton. I just started working on my neck which is the biggest problem as its only 15". I just started this week doing heavy neck curls and extensions as well as the side raises for 4x12. Hope to get to 17 or 18 thickness on that.

    I dont work lower body anymore except for calves so i workout every day with a 2 day split.

    Im working on it with tbar rows bro

    235 for 4x12 every other day but working up for more weight. Dont like bent over ones....Anyway i heard that tbars with the v handle work the overall back thickness not width, right?

    Started at 135 for 12 reps in the first pic to 235 for 12 now
