fried knees

hey everyone

i have been lifting for about 3 years now with the past 2 of those including legs. leg day is my favorite day and i do squats(10*warm up,10,8,4,10), leg press (10, 10, 8), leg extensions(3x10). hamstrings are on hip/hamstring dominant day(deadlifts etc)

ok so, about a month ago i tried a different leg curl machine, and i did super light weight for 12 reps, using 1 leg at a time. i went really slow and focusing on form and squeezing the end of the rep. the night after it kind of hurt but i didnt want to blame it on that right away, so i did it the next week, and my knee still hasnt recovered. for about 2 weeks ive been taking glucosamine chondroitin sulfate but its not doing much.

i know my squat form is perfect, and my leg press is deep with a good stretch... leg extensions are also very slow and controlled with my joint lined up with the hinge..

anyways, im just wondering if youguys have any ideas of what it is?
i cant even sit on my calves and stand up from that positions without using my hands
