So late last night I came down with the flu and can't seem to hold any food down. How bad is this going to screw with my diet for the week? The only thing I've been able to keep down is a litre of Powerade. So I'm at 240 cals at 60 g of carbs. Is this one of those times I just leave it be and do what I can? Worry about the flu first before I worry about macros?
