    Muscle, help?! Not feeling sore/etc

    I have been working out for like a month know, and started going to the gym a week ago. For the first time i really work a muscle it feels sore for the next few days, but after that first soreness no matter how much i work that muscle it wont feel sore again. But for my bicep i have NEVER felt any soreness or tiredness, i have worked my bicep to failure and passed ( i do 4 sets of 8 reps ). Ill fail near the end, but then the next day, or maybe even within the hour ill be able to go and work that muscle again, i only work my bicep twice a week.. on mondays and thrusday but i feel as if i can work it every day. So what i am asking is if well, it is normal to not feel any soreness, or do my muscle just recover fast and i can work them every day?

    Try doing 2-3 sets with 8-10 reps... Also if your only doing one exercise, try doing up to 6 or so. Not just barbell curls, but also hammer curls and concentration and so fourth...I dont feel really sore very often but i have still been seeing gains.

    soreness usually lasts till after the first morning....there can be two reasons why you arnt feelign sore

    1. your diet is fantastic!! your up on the protein and up on the carbs...every nutrient is up and your having a good 8hours sleep (over 150grams protein, over 2500 cals)

    2. your not working hard enough..

    tbh regardless of your food intake you should still be a bit sore the morning after...the body cannot recover that fast w/o supplements such as l-glutamine or some sort of recovery drink
    What do you call a "Quarter Pounder with Cheese" in Europe

    I disagree with everything. Soreness is an indicator of nothing except overtraining in more severe cases. Do not worry about soreness.

    mehhh, i usually dont get sore either, its because your body is getting used to being beaten down and building back up.

    As said before;

    Muscle soreness does not indicate your ARE going to grow.
    No muscle soreness does not indicate your not going to grow.

    If you've been working out for a month+, you should of had at least had some gains, if not.... you answered your own question!
