I have been working out for like a month know, and started going to the gym a week ago. For the first time i really work a muscle it feels sore for the next few days, but after that first soreness no matter how much i work that muscle it wont feel sore again. But for my bicep i have NEVER felt any soreness or tiredness, i have worked my bicep to failure and passed ( i do 4 sets of 8 reps ). Ill fail near the end, but then the next day, or maybe even within the hour ill be able to go and work that muscle again, i only work my bicep twice a week.. on mondays and thrusday but i feel as if i can work it every day. So what i am asking is if well, it is normal to not feel any soreness, or do my muscle just recover fast and i can work them every day?

soreness usually lasts till after the first morning....there can be two reasons why you arnt feelign sore
1. your diet is fantastic!! your up on the protein and up on the carbs...every nutrient is up and your having a good 8hours sleep (over 150grams protein, over 2500 cals)
2. your not working hard enough..
tbh regardless of your food intake you should still be a bit sore the morning after...the body cannot recover that fast w/o supplements such as l-glutamine or some sort of recovery drinkWhat do you call a "Quarter Pounder with Cheese" in Europe
......A Royale With Cheese...

soreness isnt the key to muscle growth
trust me on this
lol i tried bombing my biceps and i wont be sore
sometimes if i do something ill get the soreness but not usually
try excersises uve never tried BEFORE!
or switch up ur excersises like put the last before, go heavy on some go light on some, different speed different variations, i hope i helped!
