one of the main radio stations where i live is awesome; mandatory metallica for 1 hour every night. i just found out that every tuesday they play u2 all damn day, calling it "U2uesday".

why the **** cant my gym just play some awesome radio stations instead of playing teenie bopper BS?

my shoulders got ripped clean and two, which has stalled me out for like 4 months, i've finally found out that high volume shoulder isos keep everything in place.... and its been workin recently , i'm excited in this new development

have you tried elbow wraps (probably have, just checking )

Got a sleeve. Couldn't an actual elbow sleeve that fit without paying a fortune so I ended up wearing an knee sleeve on my elbow (serious) My arms don't really look that big so it confused the **** out of me.

Every rock station in the world has mandatory metallica, I lived in 2 florida towns about 300 miles apart, they both had it. My cousin's radio station in Texas has it.

Now i love metallica, i just can't ****ing stand Mandatory Metallica.

Whenever I get drunk one of the first things I bring up is how Megadeth is the best thing since sliced bread. I also talk about how Mustaine is the most badass metal guitarist that there is.

Anyways all my buddies are die hard Metallica fans so we have some fun arguments.

I just noticed something. During the conventional deadlifts they used a pretty close stance. I'm wondering if the stance I use for conventionaly deads is too far. I do about shoulder width. Maybe thats part of the reason my glute/hammie is straining so hard.

Hang from a pull up bar and just let go, then move your feet out like 1-2 inches. Or act like you going to do a vertical jump and look at your feet. Those are the two way i've heard of how to get a rough feeling for your stance for conventional. Or you can always take a moderate weight and just move your feet around until you find whats strongest.

I was using a fairly wide stance too, but recently changed.
I instantly got a bunch more power out of it. I also moved my grip in a bit to keep my forearms up against my legs.
I probably only have 6-8 inches between my heels now.

I know as I am sure you do a lot of couples/people who almost aspire (if you could call it that) to be just like in that video.

I'm in washington .. on the island like nowheresville!! I came up cause my sons grandfather is dying and while on the 2000 mile drive up my son got very sick and so were here cann't leave untill my son gets better.. (he's gonna need surgery) and until his grandfather is well enough to come home or other arrangements are made.. so yeah nowheresville. Everything is like an hours drive away. I have no gym near me!!!

I haven't worked out in over a week I raging mad!! and the next persons who says it's not a big deal... I'm prob gonna rip their tongue out.

pl fam, please help and cheer me up. im depressed and confussed, im coming to the last 2 years of school and all i ever hear is what you going to do after school? you going to university? what are you going to do for the rest of your life? FFFFFFUUUU

When I was your age I was high constantly. I got 50% in almost all my classes, never went to school, never did nothing, just got high and fcuked off. In fact the next 2 years after highschool I was doing the same ****.

I didn't discover weight lifting until I was 20. I haven't done drugs since (Well, once or twice a year I will smoke some weed but that is about it). I have a bit of a clue as to what I am going to do at this point, but that is about it...and its normal.

Hell I think I have a better clue about my own life's goals then 99% of the people who "have it figured out" when they are 18 or 19 or whatever.

All I can say is this, do what you love 100%. It corny but it's true. Even if its not whats meant to be if you just keep developing positive attributes and character then whatever it is will find you.
