Jammed my SI joint while picking up some dumbbells. The pain was so severe that it took a good 45 secs to 1 minute just to sit down and get up. The pain over time got less, but it never really healed, so I lived with the pain for over a year, not being able to DL or squat properly, but eventually after failed attempts with my doctor and a physical therapist, I went to a chiropractor, he did a simple adjustment, and I saw immediate improvement. This was about 3 months ago and I can DL and squat again. There is still some soreness, but its getting better.

I've had 2 kids (avg to light birth weight) and I have to say that when I blew my knee playing ultimate football........it was FAR worse! Giving birth didn't drive me to the brink of throwing up like a torn ACL did. The pain made me cry things that had my commander blushing..... I think some of the lieutenants learned new vocabulary that day.

being tazed was the most painful thing I've ever been through. The pain stops as soon as the tazer is done but for those 5 seconds it sucks.

    ****ing ouch! that sounds brutal.

when i was a kid i got attacked by a rabid pitbull that lockjawed itself onto my leg for like a good 15-20 minutes just gnawing on me and if you know pitbulls you'd know how strong their jaws are... had to literally beat him off with my skateboard and fists he was so berserk.
