Hi,
I'm 6'4" and weight about 176lbs. I eat decent meals daily. And have started to hit the gym 6 days a week.
I've always been skinny, just more cut than anything. Since I'm deployed to Iraq i figured its a great time to get my weight up. I've looked into a few supps, just need help deciding, and also what should be taking along with them for best results.
Looked into:
White Flood (Will most likely use)
Green Mag / Green Buldge
Sizeon
CytoGainer
Dark Rage
Any help is appreciated.

First, make a 4 or 5 day split 6 is probably too much and you need your rest.
For supps I would recommend:
-ON 100% whey
-Green Mag and Size On are both creatines so you would only need one, if you want to save your self some money just go with some creatine mono.
-If you want to use Cytogainer as a weight gainer thats fine, but you can also made homemade weight gainers to save yourself some money
-If you want to add fish oil and a multi I would recommend it
-White flood is a good pre-work out supp tooJuly 2007 : 144 lbs.
July 2008: 182 lbs.
February 2009: 196 lbs.
April 2009: 205 lbs.
July 2009: 211 lbs.

Are we listing just any supplement that we would recommend?
Definitely recommend something like white flood, H+blocker, morph, intrabolic, etc.

Haha holy **** hes probly confused as hell, everyone just started throwing things out there. Yes white flood is a good pre workout drink, cant say that it worked for me cause it didnt, but it works for most everyone. And if your really looking to put on some size i would recomend size-on if you have the money, ive heard great things with that and putting on alot of weight. Good luck, oh and remeber these are just SUPPLEMENTS you need to eat right and take your vitamins. Dont get to carried away with all the hype about supps.

Considering you just recently started GYMing, I would suggest sticking to the REAL BASICS. Leave creatine out of the picture for now, because your body is new to this muscle building sport and because of that you will receive results with or without creatine AT THIS STAGE anyways.
My recommendations :
-ON 100% Whey protein ( Protein supp.)
-NOW Adam(recommended) or Sports Pharma Multi V ( Multi Vitamin)
-ON Fish Oil (Omega 3)NJ Crew
