Resistance Bands

If you didn't have the money for gym or free weights. Then would you use these for excercising?

At first you think theres few things to do with them, but when you search the web a little, you find out theres actually a Workout for resistance bands on this website!

What I need to find out is:

1) What would you rate them out of 5.
2) Are these good for muscle building?
3) Would you recommend using them?

THere is another company called bodylastics, that allows you to add multiple bands to the handles and have a door attachment so you can do a ton of exersices. Are they as good as real weights? Not even close but are certainly on par or better than almost any home gym gizmo I have seen.
