Another Multivitamin Thread ;)
So I have been taking a multi for a while now and I believe it is essential even though you really can't feel the effects of it.
In your opinion would a one a day vitamin like Twinlab's Daily One Caps work just as well compared to a two a day vitamin like Sportpharma's Multi-V?
Really in all sincerity does it make much of a difference?

I have not tried Twinlab's multi but I am a fan of the Multi-V (and Joint-V)...as for one a day or two a day, the Multi-V's are such a good deal for what you are getting that 2 per is not an issue. I just leave it by my toothbrush and take in am and pm...

Sportpharma's Multi V is my new daily multi-vitamin. I have tried OT or animal pack and really your not going to notice that much of a difference so save your money and spend $8 that will last you one month comparied to the $25+, plus if you want joint care then just go to costco and buy Glucosamine Sulfate and MSM for like $20 which will last you two months or more

I agree with you guys that Multi-V is a great vitamin at a great price! But if you really crunch the numbers Multi-V is about 73$ per year and Daily One Caps are only 48$ per year...that's 25$ and nowadays that's some good savings! Especially since I plan on taking a multi forever!
So my main question is will switching to Daily One Caps be less effective at all?

If you're eating a well balanced diet, I'd switch to the Twinlab.
Not saying either is more effective than the other.... just factoring cost. A multi that is taken a little a time instead of all at once is beneficial, but a balanced diet helps compensate for the difference and makes the Twinlab my recommendation.

Yeah I plan on buying a 60 cap bottle and trying it...I was thinking capsules might get better absorbtion to but Idk! Btw I am expecting some Osteobolin-C in the mail today! The docs say I am about two weeks ahead of schedule(only been 6 weeks since surgery) with my shoulder recovery so I am gonna stick with the Gluc, Chon, and MSM joint supps until I run out then I will run the Osteo either alone or with some Flex!

Well, IMO capsules are the better way to go over tablets on virtually anything, not just multivitamins.
SportPharma makes good stuff as does Twinlab. The issue here for you appears to be cost. I would tend to lean towards capsules, but once again, a balanced diet wins out, and you're only using the multivitamin to supplement what you're eating.
On a side note, the Osteo will stack very well with the other support supps should you decide to start it earlier. Best of luck getting back up to speed man..... hopefully you come away bigger and better!

Im using Ortho Core right now. Its mad expensive but I feel its well worth it. Multi V has been getting alot of positive reviews, plus the price point is amazing.
