OH YEH...IF U DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR ONE REP MAX..THEN WHAT AR EYOU DOING IN THIS FOURM....THE WWW,BODYBUILDING.COM SITE HAS ITS SECTION ON BODYBUILDING...YEH!
