    I was doing some searching on a forum and found this link: http://www.testosterone.net/html/body_115b600.html It has around 12 or 13 ways to up your bench!!

    thanks! i'm ashamed to admit it, but my bench is always my worst part. Never could get the technique right, i just use power to move it. Gona go give those a try, hopefully my technique can improve

    bump bigjoe...you all care about max outs and bench too much. bench press is by far an accurate measurement of true strenght anyway. this is bodybuilding...not powerlifting lose the egos...no one really cares if you bench 600 lbs. or not
